We will show you how an elite sports team has achieved their success and by learning from their experiences you can increase the engagement and performance of your team, which will increase the profitability of your business.
The Wildcats have had their most successful season since their formation, winning their league title and setting a new winning streak record of seventeen games.
Team-i have worked with Wildcats’ Head Coach Aaron Nell to firstly understand how this phenomenal success has been achieved and then break it down to its core components, so that the key factors of the success can be understood and applied to business.

The leadership style that Aaron developed that allowed him to be effective when both coaching and playing. How leaders were developed within the team, who influenced performance.
