Carl played in over 100 Premiership and European rugby games, with his career highlight wining the Aviva Premiership playoff final with Exeter Chiefs in 2017.

As a senior member of the hugely successful Chiefs squad for several years, Carl helped developed some of his colleagues into the best forwards in the country.

Worked with some of the country’s leading coaches, Carl is also involved in coaching.

He has experience in the construction industry and is qualifying as a quantity surveyor.
